How Are Your Products Delivered?
Mattresses, foundations, pillows, toppers and linen are delivered via FedEx or UPS.
Adjustable Beds are delivered common carrier.
How Long Does It Take For My Order To Arrive?
Mattresses and tranquil foundations arrive in approximately 7-14 business days. Adjustable bases usually arrive in approximately 2-3 weeks. If you need a product sooner, call us. We'll see what we can do to accomadate you and speed delivery up.
If My Order Arrives Damaged, What Do I Do?
We do our best to package your mattress so that it arrives free from damage. If you're one
of the less than 1% who receive a damaged product, please note it clearly on the paper-
work the driver provides you and call us immediately at 1-800-613-4193. Our friendly cus-
tomer service team will work with you to ship out a new product immediately. If we do not
hear from you within 24 hours of receiving your order damaged, we will not be able to re-
ship you a new product and your return policy option is voided.
If I Refuse My Delivery, What Happens?
If you refuse the delivery of your item simply because you changed your mind, it will be
returned to us and we will issue you a credit minus round trip shipping fees plus a 20%

You may cancel your order for any reason at any time. If you decide to cancel your order
before it ships out, there will be no cancellation or restocking fees. If you decide to cancel
your order after we ship it out from our factory, you will be responsible for the round trip
shipping fees plus a 20% restocking fee. If you need to cancel your order please call 1-
1-800-613-4193. We do not accept cancellations or address changes via email.
How Do I Change My Order?

before it ships out, there will be no fees except the price difference of the product. If you
decide to change your order after we ship it out from our factory, you will be responsible for
