After sleeping on the barely 2" mattress on board ship or the overused mattresses in the barracks, my Christeli was a beautiful sleeping experience. Hands down the best mattress I have ever owned. I have a blown out disk in my back and it cannot be operated on. I haven't had a good night's sleep in two years but now I sleep every night. After 2 months of research, trying mattresses and talking to CSR people I finally decided to buy the Christeli mattress.I bought the Tiffany model. I had a long conversation with Barry before making my final decision and he knew his product and answered all my technical as well as casual questions. I felt that price would soon go up so I bought while speaking to him. ( price did go up some about a week later) I was notified about delivery about a week later and received the two boxes. Took the into the house and set up my new platform base put the bottom section down and let it start to form then added the top, real nice for it to be in two sections made it easier to handle. The mattress slept great from the first night on and I have no complaints, the side is firm and does not cave in when you are on the edge. sleeps cool and is form fitting but enough firmness so that you can move around. You can buy cheaper mattresses but you will not get the quality, warranty and comfort of this one plus its all made right here in SC. with all US made materials. I have not noticed any odor! If you are trying to decided you can quit your quest and buy from Christeli! Check out their Facebook page also, lots of giveaways.
Versailles Mattress & Adjustable Base

In Feb. 2013, we placed an order for 2 Versailles mattresses with Adjustable bases. We started using the bed in late Mar. So, at the time of this writing, the Versailles sleeping experience has been about 2 months. My feedback is in a scale of 1 to 5. Overall Value – 4.5: For the price, comfort, warranty, and customer care our purchase of Versailles is excellent. Product Comfort – 4.5: The only reason we did not rate a 5 is we felt the equivalent Tempurpedic is more comfortable. Customer Care – 3.5: Pre-purchase experience was good. The CCR guided us in selecting the proper mattress and the foundation that would meet our needs/requirements. Post-purchase experience was good as well, with proper accommodation of our unique request. Phone return-response was not all that great since we had to call multiple times. CCR's knowledge for mattress was acceptable; adequate knowledge for foundation was lacking. For example, the CCR did not know the shipping information such as package dimensions and weight. Based on the erroneous information she gave us, we decided not to opt for fee-based set-up. So, when the foundation arrived, we had to scramble for extra pairs of hands to move the heavy adjustable foundations upstairs. As for issue-resolution, at first the CCR baulked; we had to go through BBB to get it resolved. The issue was that the overall bed height was too much for our comfort. We were not made aware of the height information at any time during the pre-purchase process. Website Information – 3.0: On Christeli website, the product information was not comprehensive. In fact, some of the information was wrong/misleading. Pertinent to the height issue, the website boasts of variable height adjustments, but I was informed (after the purchase) that Christeli has only one height offering. It also boasts of "Sturdy base support with 6 legs". When we received the base, we had only 4 legs. Overall, we had a very good experience. I hope, with my feedback, Christeli would derive some lessons-learned and adjust its customer care and product information so that future customers may have a more pleasant and better experience. As for the product, it speaks for itself: Outstanding.
Best investment in a mattress

We have been sleeping on our Christeli mattress for almost a week now and it is FABULOUS!! For almost 2 months before I ordered the mattress, I researched mattresses online, compared prices and laid upon many a bed in many a store. The Tempurpedic mattress was what I really wanted, but the price nearly floored me. I did further research and found Luxpedic online. I was apprehensive in ordering a mattress that I haven't tried out but thier warranty (better than the other name brand mattresses on the market) and trial period made me take a chance. The construction was nearly identical, the materials used are the same as Tempurpedic but the price of the mattress was over $2,000 less. And most importantly, it's made here in the USA. When I called to place the order, the CSR, Michael, was extremely knowledgeable about thier product. All my questions and concerns were addressed. Especially about the shipping - I ordered the king sized Tiffany. It was sent by FedEx and I was a bit alarmed that I recieved 2 boxes. How can a king size mattress fit into 2 boxes about 4 ft tall!? This mattress comes in 2 layers and is sealed in a "space bag" type of wrapper, folded in half and tightly rolled up. I highly suggest that it be on the bed before unleashing the mattress. (And if you are using a protective mattress cover that zips closed, try to get that on as soon as possible before it fully expands) The first night wasn't bad, but definately better than the mattress that we disposed of. For the next 3 nights, it only got better from there - We no longer get out of bed because we have to (uncomftable old coil bed) but because we want to. I have lower back issues and am currently dealing with neck and shoulder problems, but they seem to be getting a lot better since sleeping on the Christeli. We are waking up less often in the night and not feeling the other person turn over is truly a blessing! I would definately reccomed this to anyone who is on the fence about what type of memory foam mattress to buy. I have friends and family coming over to lay on my new bed to feel the difference. The Cons: Because the mattress comes in 2 layers, they should be better marked with a 'this way up' kind of thing. You don't have to be a rocket surgeon to assemble this mattress, but a few simple directions wouldn't hurt. And lastly, there is no 'haul away of your old bedding. At this price, I am willing to call my village and schedule an extra pick up and an additional cost. Overall - AWESOME mattress at an AWESOME price.

First I just want to say that this mattress is by far the best i've mattress i've ever slept on. The customer service was excellent. I had a few questions about which mattress I should pick and they pointed me in the right direction. The mattress is an exact fit for what I was looking for. It arrived 5 days after I had placed the order over the phone! It was packaged very securely and all I had to do was open the boxes and allow the foam to expand from it being rolled up. This took absolutely no time at all. The mattress provides me with all the support I am looking for as well as being plush and comfortable. I hate pillow tops and this mattress is not that soft but it gives you the feeling of sleeping on a cloud. There are zero pressure points with the memory foam that Christeli produces. The sleep I've had on this bed since the delivery (1 week) has been the most refreshing sleep I've ever had. I no longer wake up with a back ache or my arms falling asleep due to sleeping on my side. I was also a little concerned about the memory foam being hot because I am a very warm sleeper but this bed is cooler than my innerspring was! All in all I love this mattress and the company! Especially since everything is produced right here in the USA! I would recommend this company to any one looking for a new mattress and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.

We ordered on a Sunday and the mattress was at our house by Saturday! Hands down the most comfortable we have slept on. We have had it for 3 weeks now and any shoulder, neck, hip or back pain we had in the past is gone! The quality is top notch. We compared this to the Tempuredic Luxe Cloud and actually found we like this mattress better. Not to mention the $5000 we saved. Communication with the company was also excellent, via Jennifer! Our new Charleston totally exceeded our expectations! We've had multiple "traditional" mattresses, and even an air-adjustable mattress, but in almost 22 years together, we've never had a mattress that is "just right"...until now. After hearing the raves about memory foam, I set out to research the differences and the different options. As so many others have mentioned, the "sticker shock" is definitely a shock, but we also wanted to buy a quality mattress, preferably one made in the US. Then I found Christeli...everything about the manufacture and assembly of the beds is in the US, so we have no concerns about strange ingredients on a product we'll spend 1/3 of our lives on. I spoke with Carrie, Michael, and Jennifer at different times; all three were very warm, professional, and helpful. That the mattress comes with such a great return policy (which, happily, we will NOT use), and an equally great warranty, along with everything else (not to mention a fabulous price), well, those just sealed the deal. My husband was a little suspicious, since we couldn't try the different beds, but we did try a competitor's, and settled on the Charleston. Once we'd set up the mattress, we were doing some other chores around the house when I realized I hadn't heard from The Man in a while...I found him AND one of our cats on the mattress, both totally stretched out and knocked out. From there on out, it's been nothing but a true pleasure to go to sleep every night. Due to an old tennis injury, I tend to have chronic hip pain, and The Man is a golfer, so he has sporadic sore joints, but settling in to the bed is to be completely comfortable. The bed is definitely plush and luxurious, but not so plush that we feel we're being swallowed or that we're sinking into an abyss...you just settle in and feel a plus support. Our beds in the past have all been super firm, but we're realizing that super firm doesn't mean super supportive. We're getting great support on a wonderfully, "just right" plush mattress. For the past two weeks that we've had the bed, I don't think a day goes by that one or the other of us doesn't rave about how much we love the bed. The problem is that we are both sleeping so well, we don't want to get OUT of bed! We love this company, and we love this bed. For anyone who's considering trying out memory foam, I can only say that our experience has been truly outstanding, and we're raving about it to everyone we know, basically. My only "wish list" items would be to specify what pocket depth each mattress needs, and to also offer the option to buy new sheets and other accessories with the mattresses. A mattress this good deserves really wonderful sheets that fit beautifully. We've had our new Tiffany for 1.5 weeks and love it! The 1st two nights we had it on the floor while we were waiting for our new bedroom furniture to arrive. The 1st couple of nights it felt firmer than I had hoped. We then flipped the base when the new platform bed arrived to put the soft side of the base facing up. The last week has been wonderful! Feels just like the Cloud Luxe at a fraction of the cost! We were replacing a 25 yr. old innerspring mattress where I woke up every morning with sore shoulders and hips (I'm a side sleeper). No more pain! Plus, the mattress and materials are made in the USA, certified Pur, and no worries of Chinese chemicals. There was a slight smell the 1st 3-4 nights that is now gone. You can tell this mattress is quality made, and it does sleep cool (I'm a hot sleeper and if anything I've been cooler on this). I will follow up with another review after it's been a few months.

We ordered the Astoria mattress in Feb and are delighted with it. My husband agrees with me that this is the most restful sleep we have ever had. Before ordering the mattress my normal sleep was 4-5 hrs, now I sleep a good 6 hrs and feel rested in the morning, not with stiff and painfl back.

It reminds me of my grandma's feather bed without the quills poking through the ticking. You just melt into the mattress. It provides support for all the curves of your body. Since I have only had my Tiffany about a month, I can only hope that it will last me for the rest of my life! And I am not going to divulge my age! I had been looking for a mattress for about two months when I happened on the Christeli website. I called and talked to Mike. I was concerned about ordering a mattress online, so he told me to try out a well-known store brand and decide which of that brand I liked the best. Then he could tell me the Christeli mattress that matched that particular mattress. Wow! was he right. I ordered the Tiffany and am extremely pleased with the feel. I went from waking every two hours before to sleeping til mid morning.

I was given an adjustable electric bed by a kind lady who heard I needed one. Then I ordered my mattress online from Christeli and I am so very pleased. I've been sleeping on the Versailles for about 6 wks. now. I had never before slept on anything but a mattress w/box springs. I have major back problems (scoliosis, stenosis, 2 ruptured discs & degenerative athritis of the spine) and have always had to sleep on extra firm beds. Mike explained to me over the phone that the Versailles was one of their cheaper mattresses, but it was also the firmest. He explained that the deeper their mattress is in inches, the softer it is. This one I have allows me the "give" for comfort on my sore joints & bones, yet keeps my back straight and in line. I wake up with no backache. This mattress works perfectly on my adjustable bed frame. It arrived promptly...even a couple days or so earlier than expected. I was dubious about buying a mattress online without trying it out, but I have not been sorry!! I love my Christeli and I would/do recommend them. I also got the Luxapedic mattress pad for my new mattress.

I have neck & back issues,and the price was more than reasonable.. memory foam mattresses can cost thousands. The only odd thing, it comes flat and rolled up. Our experience went better than we expected. Mattress arrived promptly and set up was very easy. We ordered the bed frame and that was a snap to put together. We had been sleeping on another memory foam queen mattress so we are used to memory foam. We got the king size Wellesly because we don't like the pillow tops and we wanted a larger bed. We like to lay right on the mattress and this one is the best yet. Sampled other mattresses in stores but none felt as good as this one. No more soreness or stiffness or pressure point pain. We look forward to going to bed now. You can lay in just one position for long periods of time without constantly changing positions. We can feel each other getting in or out of bed because I think of the bed frame. But it is not a problem. Also had to buy a bed skirt and it would not stay in one place on the metal bed frame. So we got a rubber rug pad and put that on the frame and then put the bed skirt on top of that and it solved the problem just fine. We're happy.

I did have to order a second mattress topper, I'm a side-sleeper and my hips sunk through the Astoria soft layer, but after adding another layer, I sleep through the night. If you're a side-sleeper, get the thicker topper. I'm accustomed to tossing and turning and waking up 4-5 times a night, but not anymore. I'd always wanted a tempur-pedic bed, but couldn't afford $2000 to $3000 and now I didn't have to! Good product + good value + made in USA!

We got our mattress about 40 days ago and I have grown to hate it, I find it WAY to mushy and non supportive for my liking but my husband Absolutely loves it. He suffers from sleep apnea and used to toss and turn all night long never getting any sleep , since we got the Palais Grand Royale he has been sleeping so much better, he barely even turns and claims he doeasnt wake him self up trying to get comfortable in the middle of the night anymore. I on the other hand find myself waking up through the night, waiting for the spot I was just laying in to fill back in so I can get comfortable again :~( and have actually thought about going to sleep in the other room where our old mattress is sitting now, and also find myself thinking about what a bummer it is going to be to sleep on this bed for the next 10 years or so since we paid so much for it. My only solace is that my husband does sleep much better on it, and he is the 1 who has to get up and go to work everyday.

I have had a great experience so far and it has been 2 weeks since I received my new mattress. It took me 2-3 nights to get used to the bed. Even during that time I was sleeping much better than with my old spring mattress. I wake up with no body aches at all and feel like I'm well rested! Before this bed I would wake up with any combination of knee, hip, back or shoulder aches and tired and grumpy. Now I've noticed that not only has my body aches gone away, but I have energy that last all day long and I am also much sharper mentally! I thought it was just the normal process of getting older. Boy, I was wrong. It is an amazing transformation since I started getting great nights of sleep. I have noticed that most of the comments on this site, that include their weight, are larger people. After sleeping on an adjustable number bed for almost five years, most of the leg aches and back pains were still a nightly experience. we decided to try one of the memory foam mattresses. After doing quite a bit of research and test naps in the local stores, Google led us to Christeli. The web site was informative and presented clear choices AND most important, comparisons with the Tempurpedic models. After a few more visits to the local retailer we chose the most comfortable Tempurpedic, went back to the Christeli website and purchased its comparable model - the Palais Grand Royale (we purchased twin XL's and adjustable bases). Surprise, the mattresses were almost $5,500 less expensive than the Tempurpedic GrandBed. When you add the adjustable foundations, the difference was an astounding $7,550. The silk quilting and thicker memory foam provides outstanding comfort and makes for a wise investment.

My kids gave me hell for buying a bed on-line! until they helped to set it up!! They wanted to steal it and the 2 free memory foam pillows! I have hip issues;with spring mattresses -I toss and turn trying to get comfortable-even with a mattress topper I could not get comfortable and sleep!! My wife and I had been looking for new mattresses for a while. Our current set was 20 plus years old. Based on the feedback I received from co-workers, we were pretty convinced that memory foam was the "way-to-go". Your experience may have been different, but the more stores we went into and the more mattresses we laid on ….well the more confused we became. We started with the Tempur-pedic, but in all honesty, was sticker shocked. Although we loved the feel of their mattress, it was extremely difficult to justify the cost. Therefore we tried several brands (and I want waste the time mentioning them all). Now I'm one those people (yes, I'm that guy) that feels he has to research and understand the language and at least feel somewhat secure that I'm making an informed decision. And in the particular situation, I'm so glad that I did. During my several (and could classify as many) hours of research (my wife says my compulsive disorder kicks in high gear), I ran across the Christeli web site. There comparisons of foam densities to that of Tempur-Pedic, their longevity as a business (since 1931), their unheard-of warranty, their ventilated Series 7 memory foam (because I am a "hot-box") and then …….THEIR PRICE!!!!! The hard part now became the mattress selection because I was already sold on the company. For us, my wife and I, we always leaned toward the "plush" mattresses. So now we were in the dilemma on whether to choose the "Tiffany" or the "Charleston". We had tried "all" the Tempur-Pedic's "Cloud" models but had not tried the "GrandBed" (which was compared with the "Charleston"). This is where the sales rep (Mike) was so instrumental & informative in helping to guide us through the process. We chose the "Charleston". Obviously I can't make a comparison to the "Tiffany", but the "Charleston" is the most comfortable "plush" mattress I have ever laid on. It is absolutely a "dream-come-true" and I have never rested so well at night or felt so good in the mornings. We ordered this for a Christmas present to each other on the Friday 12/14/12 but thought it would be after Christmas before we could enjoy due to the Holidays approaching, the mattress having to be newly manufactured (in the good-ole USA by the way) ….we just expected delays. Was I ever shocked to see it arrive on the following Friday (12/21/12). What an AWESOME CHRISTMAS present!!!!!! I just can't say enough good things about the mattress and I'm so thankful I saved thousands of $$$$$. With all the good, there has been one opportunity for improvement. I also ordered the "Tiffany" pillows. There are supposed to be awesome as well. Unfortunately, I can't speak to this because they have been on back order and have not yet arrived. I understand these types of things happen, but I had to contact the company three times before someone finally told me what the delay truly was. It's better just to let your customer know "why" there are delays as opposed to "you should be receiving them soon". However, with the feedback I gave (and information I received), I believe this company will embrace the opportunity and respond differently in the future. They truly seem to be a company that seeks feedback for continuous improvement. Therefore, I give them a Five-Star Rating (with that being the highest on the scale) and hope you too will choose your best rest ever by selecting a Christeli Memory Foam Mattress.

My wife and I have bought several mattresses, just in the last few years looking for a comfortable nights sleep, well FINALLY the Tiffany came thru for us! From the first night we knew it was different, and each night since has just been better. Both of us endure back pain and my wife has leg and hip problems. Until now, no mattress has let us get the rest we needed. The Tiffany is like sleeping on a cloud, a COOL cloud. I will leave it up to the experts to tell people what it is made of, but whatever it is, makes such a difference. We had heard stories of being "hot" with memory foam, but not the Tiffany. We have some very good friends who purchased a Tempurpedic mattress which got us to thinking about a memory foam, but then when they told us what they paid, it was just too much for us. So we did some research and found the Christeli brand and gave them a call. The price was much lower, with great quality and warranty. In fact, the Christeli representitive asked us some questions and helped us decide on the Tiffany.....it was perfect. Even our friends with the Tempurpedic thinks ours is better than theirs! We highly recommend the Christeli brand. They have several mattresses to choose from, and the Tiffany was just right for us. Not to soft, and not too firm....jussst right:) It will be the best nights sleep you have had in our opinion.

I did alot of online and in store research about our mattress purchase. What I liked is that your company has been in business for quite some time. It is a small company that seems to have great customer service. #2 We were looking at the more expensive company and the mattress that we wanted was going to cost us as much as a small automobile. So after shopping around for 2 months, we came back to your Christeli site. We were able to go up to a King size Mattress and it did not break our bank account. The day the mattress arrived it came in 3 boxes. (Skeptical me always wants to find something wrong, so here I went to looking). Boxes were really heavy, so make sure you have help. Heavy is good, who would want a flimsy mattress? So we put it all together on the bed and let it fully expand. This took about 3 hours. Once I got in the bed, it was unbelievable. The only time that I felt such luxury is when we stayed in a penthouse suite at a casino. We have slept on the soft side for 2 weeks now. It is hard to describe...it gives you that soft, cloud-like cradle with plenty of support. We do not even want to try the firm side out. My husband has had hip pain for over 2 years now, it has improved after just sleeping on this mattress for 2 weeks. I enjoy going to bed, I feel like I am at a luxury hotel. Now, 2 things that I want to be honest about, but they were not real issues to us. There was a little bit of a smell (little bit...I am very sensitive) to the material. It was gone after about 10 days. Also, if you use very heavy cover, you will retain heat. It is weird, no sweating like with our old Latex mattress. Overall, I could not be more happy with our purchase. We have invited all of our friends and family to come try this out. We have slept on our Christeli Tiffany for one week. It is not too firm and not too soft, as baby bear would say it is just right. Do not think it is as soft or mushy as the Tempurpedic cloud supreme, which is good, more like the cloud which I liked better anyway. I was afraid I would sleep hot as I was on my memory foam topper, but I have not. I am sleeping much cooler. It is taking a chance buying a mattress online, but so far so good. Got a Christeli about two month ago. Looked at a bunch of different alternatives including more widely known brands like Temper-pedic, Sealy, and others. Stumbled across Christeli... Liked what i read and liked it even more after talking with their customer service person. Decided to take leap of faith and place an order... And boy are we glad we did. For the price of one of those "other" brands, I was able to get 3 Luxe! My wife and I got a king Dutchess and we got both the kids queen Wellingtons. After a week I asked my son what he thought and he said he didn't like it cause it was soo comfortable he never wanted to get out of bed :-). My wife gets credit for locating Christeli on the internet. My first inclination was to ask myself, just who buys a mattress on the net. We did some looking locally listens to their tech stats. Then we called Christeli and I spoke with Michael. He was extremely patient with me and answered more questions than he probably would have wished. But their mattress specs met or surpassed those of the other leading brand. Their price was so much better that in itself almost cause me to doubt the quality of their product. We recently purchased a Queen sized Tiffany memory foam mattress and box spring and are very pleased. We were considering the Tempurpedic equivalent, but couldn't justify the price. I am very happy that we went with the Christeli version. This mattress is extremely comfortable, and the foam prevents you from becoming disturbed when your partner moves around throughout the night. We were concerned about the comments regarding that memory foam sleeps warmer than a spring mattress. While it does seem to sleep a little warmer, This difference could also be in part to the 90+ degree Texas summer nights. :) Overall we are very pleased with our new mattress, and our only regret is that we did not get the King size.

I got my bed and set it up from the bed skirt to the pillows as Soon as I got my California King Tiffany in my room. Not soon after, my husband got home from work and after less than 10 minutes of " just trying the mattress out", he was asleep for the rest of the night. Before I knew it, I too was out like a light. We have had our Christeli Dutchess mattress and foundation for about six weeks. We did not want to write a review until we had slept on the mattress for awhile. We both sleep better without waking up several times through the night. Both of us feel more rested in the morning. A few years back I slept on a memory foam and latex foam combo bed at a hotel. It was remarkable. I could not remember the name of the company who made it so that brought me to search online. I'm a rather large person, and I have (had) a bad back and every mattress I had bought sagged quickly. Being in my forties it was time to invest in a good bed and start sleeping better and staying awake during the day not feeling tired. I had it once before for the one night I slept at the hotel that had the latex memory combo. I broke down, did my research online and located Christeli. Even though they have a return policy, I didn't want to go through returning etc. etc. So the Palais Grand Royale looked like a great candidate because of the two sides. Now I won't say the mattress has cured my back issue but I will claim it doesn't sag and does give me the best night sleep I have had in thirty years. It's like sleeping on a cloud, but better, much better! Rolling over and tossing and turning is no longer an issue. Temperature control isn't a problem either, I don't feel and added heat. Happy happy happy I found this mattress or I'd still be sleeping on a crapy bed that sags.

I don't think your web site explains that very well. Michael also explained to us how easy your return policy is, again your site doesn't do very well at explaining that either. Not sure how to start, BUT, about 2-3 weeks ago we ordered a king sized Luxe and waited. Once it arrived we tore into the boxes, set up the huge soft bed, and I, being an eternal kid, got a nice head start and jumped into the bed hoping to do a great "box spring" styled 'knee-bounce' into the air full of joy. Uh, that doesnt happen with these mattresses. Instead, I jumped into the air, hit the bed... with my knees and sank into seriously amazing comfort. To make matters even more funny, Julee Schinty was sitting in the bed and barely moved as a result of my leap. MEANING the bed is so cool that even though I landed in it with my knees and full weight and momentum, the portion of the bed where she was sitting barely moved. We have enjoyed some pretty nice nights of sleep (never thought I'd say this about a dang BED) but its true. Most mornings one of us has to wake up by 5:30am or earlier while the other (me) gets to sleep. Well in the past, her waking up caused the bed to move just enough to stir me from sleep. NOT ANYMORE!! THANK YOU Christeli.. also, I wont dwell on this for much longer but for the past 3-5 years I've had a strange lower back issue that seemed to be -in my opinion- due to the bed I was sleepin in. NOT ANYMORE!! I can leap out of bed again..well, roll out with pleasure is more like it but instead of a warm up of 5 minutes before I'm feeling ready for the world..now I'm ready immediately - which might not be what the world wanted!!! Received my mattress last Wednesday, wanted to sleep on it for a while before posting. The quality is excellent, nice to have handles on the side, the material is first class, and the construction of the foundation is comparable to much more expensive sets. Now for just the mattress, the construction makes it seem larger than most king size mattress' it doesn't slope at the edges so you never have that falling off the edge feeling. The cover is awesome you DO NOT get hot like some of the competitors. You are actually cool but not cold. My wife and I are finding it more comfortable the more we sleep or lay on it.We have a mattress factory in our town that has been making mattress' for 40+ years, I went to them for a custom mattress similar to the Christeli, with a flippable mattress, dual pillow tops in firm and soft, they quoted me a price of over $4000.00 dollars

I actually have a funny story. Let me start off with saying I have never tried memory foam before I purchased the Palais Grand Royale. I did all my research online and gave this one a try since it was your best model. Long story short, it wasn't for me. Quality was great, you can tell a lot of time was put into making the mattress. But it just wasn't for me. Here's the funny part. I called your customer service and they were very helpful. I was surprised how motivated they were to help me return my mattress. Kutos to them. Well, before I could actually get the thing back to you, my neighbor came over and tried it out with his wife. They loved it so much, they wanted to just buy this one from me. I sold it to them ( gave them $100 off what I paid for it ) and we moved it over to their house that afternoon. So although the mattress wasn't for me, I can tell you two things. Christeli's customer service is nice and easy to work with. Second, I know people who actually to like this mattress. A lot. I'm on a camping mattress now and doing more research before I purchase another mattress. I might go back to a waterbed or I may try another Christeli mattress. If I go for another one, I'll write you again and let you know how it turns out.

The wrong mattress, or wrong anything for that matter hurts. When I'm on the wrong mattress the next morning it takes some time for me to straighten out and move without pain. With my Palais Grand Royale, my back, shoulders, hips and neck don't hurt anymore. I usually fall asleep within 15-30 minutes of laying down. We shopped, narrowed it down to a few and selected Christeli for numerous reasons. First, if we didn't like the bed we could return it. Second, since we are local, we were able to pick it up from them. Our old mattress was a (competitor name censored) plush pillow top that sagged after one month. The company picked it up and exchanged it for us, but the bed never really felt good. We kept it for a little over a year and one day decided at our age sleep is precious and we need to get our best. After only a few night's on the Christeli Versailles, I was sold. We never toss or turn or get up sore. We couldn't be happier with our purchase!

I researched memory foam beds for years. I was always put off by the cost. So I just kept putting it off. However, we finally bit the bullet and bought a Tiffany mattress. My husband tells me at least 3 times a week how much he loves our bed. I also like it, too. I have to be honest, it did take me a few weeks to adjust to this bed. My husband loved it right away. If you buy this mattress and it doesn't work for you the first night, give it some time. I did, and I'm glad I did.

Ok, I thought memory foam was all the same and about 5 years ago bought the cheapest one I could find. I think I paid $400 for a queen size back then. My girlfriend has moved in since and she wanted to go bigger to a king size. She said no way to getting the same mattress we had but bigger. I tried to explain to her foam is foam and why pay more. The closest store to us for furniture is 2 1/2 hours away so we looked online and I just went with whatever she wanted to keep the peace. Ok, I was dead wrong. Foam is not just foam and they do not all feel the same. My $400 memory foam mattress felt good. Our Tiffany feels really great. There is a huge difference in comfort and the actual support you get, and just about everything else is way better. I will never look for the "cheapest" mattress ever again. I hope we get a lot of years out of this one. The bad: We didn't get the tracking number in our email and the mattress is heavy!

My husband and I purchased a queen size Palais Grand Royale mattress and could not be more happy. It took a few weeks to get used to, mainly because you have to decide which side you like most. We both enjoyed each side but decided to sleep every night on the softer side. It also keeps us cool with the Cashmere. I always thought Cashmere warms you but I guess it also cools you. We couldn't be anymore happy.

I love this bed!!! I've gone through 2 mattress in the past 3 years looking for the right ONE! I've finally found it!!! You will not regret buying this mattress. It's the best purchase I've ever made! It's completely supportive and there are NO PRESSURE POINTS!!! I wish I could take this everywhere with me!

I suffer from back pain and have two bad disks. Over the years I've owned a few mattresses and none could give me the support I really needed, not without pinching me from hard pressure points at least. I discovered Christeli through a friend. All I can say is job well done. The Versailles not only gives me the support I've been needing but also doesn't feel like the surface is pinching me. It feels good all over. I love it so I suggest the Versailles.

I tried the national brand's cloud lux and fell in love with it, but not the price. I'm sure it's worth it, but I just didn't and still wouldn't have that kind of money to spend on a mattress. After some internet research I located you guys and saw you had a comparable bed that you were advertising. I was scared to buy sight unseen but with a nearly three thousand dollar savings I gave it a hoot. I'm glad I did. The bed is wonderful.
A great mattress with cool features

What a great mattress. It's really fun to flip the mattress over and sleep on a different surface whenever you want. Both sides feel amazing and the cover is so SOFT. Ok, that's the PROS, now for the CONS. 1. I had to set it up with my husband. 2. We don't want to get out of bed in the morning. Ok, not bad for a cons list.
