What is a 100-Night Sleep Trial?

We take all the risk out of purchasing a mattress online, and though we want to make sure you have the best night’s rest on the first night with your new Christeli mattress, we understand that sometimes we didn’t get it right. That is why we offer a 100-night sleep trial to make sure that you, as a member of our Christeli family, get comfortable.

What does this mean?

After you receive your Christeli mattress, we ask that you sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 days (starting when you receive the mattress), as it takes your body time to get used to a new sleep surface.

If, after 30 days, you are dissatisfied with your mattress choice, we will provide you with an opportunity to make one mattress top piece exchange. We will ship you a new top piece of a different firmness within the same mattress line at no cost to you!  A new mattress top piece combined with our flippable bottom piece that has adjustable firmness (for more information on the Christeli Advantage click here) means we have an almost 100% success rate in finding our customer’s comfort.
