Limited Lifetime Warranty

Christeli has been producing beds for more than 80 years. We design and manufacture our own sleep systems out of specially designed American foam and textiles.

Christeli gives the original purchaser and current owner who purchased directly from Christeli.com or Christeli's authorized retailers a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Please retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase.

What does this warranty cover?

  • A visible indentation greater than 1.25 inches when no weight is applied to the top of the mattress that is not associated with an indentation or sag which results from use of an improper or unsupportive foundation or adjustable bed base.
  • Any manufacturing defect of the mattress cover.

What is not covered by this warranty?

This warranty does not cover changes to your mattress that are the result of normal wear and use such as a normal increase in softness to the foam. Nor does it cover changes caused by circumstances or uses that go beyond the intended use of the mattress.

Christeli mattresses are designed to work on a firm, solid surface that is capable of supporting the weight of the mattress and the weight of the user(s). This warranty does not cover your mattress if you use an incompatible foundation for your mattress. For example, queen and king metal frames must have a minimum of five legs and a vertical support bar.

In addition, some degree of individuation should be expected. Visual imperfections that do not prevent ordinary use of your mattress are not considered to be defects. Because all Christeli mattresses are made by hand, corners that are not perfectly shaped or symmetrical would not be considered a defect for which you can seek a remedy under this warranty. Specifically, this warranty excludes slight cosmetic flaws.

In addition, this warranty does not cover conditions resulting from misuse, abuse or neglect. Accordingly, if discovered upon inspection, will void your warranty: (1) any unsanitary condition; (2) use of the mattress on an improper bed frame; (3) burns; (4) liquid damage; (5) cuts/tears.

What will Christeli do?

In the case of a defect, we will replace or repair the defective mattress or the defective component(s) of the mattress. If we elect to replace a single component of the mattress, we will replace it with the version, model, style, or color available at the time of replacement, which may be different than the original.

How to Make a Claim Under This Warranty

To make a claim under this Warranty, please send: 1) a brief written description of the problem or condition that you believe constitutes a defect; 2) proof of purchase (such as your order number or an original dated sales receipt) to Christeli at cx@christeli.com. Your failure to comply with these claim submission instructions may void this Warranty. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to require photographs, further information or descriptions, or to physically inspect the mattress prior to accepting a particular claim under this Warranty.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with shipping replaced or repaired mattresses or components after two years.

No Medical or Health Claims

Christeli makes no medical or health claims regarding its mattresses. Allergies, discomfort, or other conditions, are not covered under this Warranty. Any questions or concerns regarding medical or health conditions should be addressed by a licensed physician.

Governing Law

This limited Mattress Warranty will be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
