By typing your name and submitting this warranty claim you understand and agree:
1) to our Warranty Terms and Conditions,
2) to provide further information or make the mattress available for physical inspection upon request,
3) that the Christeli Limited Warranty does not cover changes to your mattress that are the result of normal wear and use such as normal increase in softness to the foam,
4) that the warranty does not cover changes caused by circumstances or uses that go beyond the intended use of the mattress, use of an incompatible foundation or insufficient support, or other conditions resulting from misuse, abuse or neglect such as burns, liquid damages, and cuts/tears. Failure to provide all required information timely and accurately may void this warranty. In case of a valid claim, we will replace or repair the defective mattress or the defective component(s) of the mattress; however, you will be responsible for any shipping costs.
